We work as a flat-fee, full transparency construction company. You will see every single subcontractor invoice and pay exactly what it costs to build your home. This means that you will not pay unnecessary fees or markups that often inflate construction pricing.

As a flat-fee builder, we set our management fee from the outset of the project. Unlike a “cost-plus” fee, this allows you to understand exactly what the project will cost from day one.
